Search Permission Given: “Use of Your Information” Data Protection ACT 1998 By signing this data protection clause, you confirm to Bond Capital Finance, its agents and any other company within the group of companies to which Bond Capital Finance may, from time to time, belong, that any details you have supplied are true and correct and that you consent to and authorise Bond Capital Finance to do the following: Bond Capital Finance may make credit reference, fraud prevention and other enquiries about you and/or any financial associate whom you have stated (“you”/”your”) in connection with your application. Credit reference agencies will add to their records about you details of Bond Capital Finance search, as well as details of your application and any subsequent agreement and your payment record under agreement. These records will be seen by and shared with other organisations and may be used by them to consider your further applications for credit and credit related services and to trace debtors, recover debts and for fraud prevention.

If you provide Bond Capital Finance will false information or Bond Capital Finance suspects fraud, this may be recorded. Fraud prevention agencies will also share their records with other organisations to help make decisions. Your records may be used by such agencies for statistical analysis about credit, insurance and fraud.

• Bond Capital Finance may disclose your details to any third party which is invited to finance the provision of assets to you.
• Your information may be used by Bond Capital Finance for training purposes, credit or financial assessment, market and product analyses and preparing statistics.
• Bond Capital Finance may also use information about you for marketing our other products to you. If you do not wish to receive such information, you should write to Bond Capital Finance at any time.
• You may telephone Bond Capital Finance on 01604 639666 if you wish to have details of those credit reference and fraud protection agencies from whom we obtain and with whom we record information.
• You have a right, on a payment of a fee, to receive a copy of the information Bond Capital Finance holds about you, if you apply in writing at the address below.

If a lender decides not to proceed with the prospective credit agreement on the basis of information received from a credit reference agency it will notify the business or persons making the application only that the decision not to proceed has been reached on the basis of information from credit reference agency. I/we confirm that each prospective borrower is aware that such notification will be sent to the business or me/us and not to each of the prospective borrowers. I/we confirm that I/we confirm that I/we have the authority of the prospective borrower (or all prospective borrowers if more than one) (a) to make this application on behalf of the applicant; (b) to disclose to you for the purposes of this application information about the business and the applicants; and (c) to sign the credit agreement on behalf of the applicant.

DATA PROTECTION ACT I agree to Bond Capital Finance undertaking personal credit searches in respect of those listed on this document. If there are any alterations to this information prior to contract completion, I will notify you. I/We confirm that where applicable the pre-contractual explanations have been highlighted by Bond Capital Finance and I/we are familiar with their terms. In the circumstance of the transaction being documented via the postal system or e mail I confirm that Bond Capital Finance will append their signature to the documents once I have returned the originals to them. We may share information about you with other firms including finance companies. If you make a transaction using our services, we may keep your data for seven years after the end of the contract. If you do not make a transaction, we will keep your data for five years.
